Ahoy there, Kari! Welcome aboard planDisney!
Ah, I'm definitely familiar with this situation! What a "good problem to have" with more than a single Disney Cruise Line vacation planned!
I know over the last two years, especially, we've all seemingly experienced a canceled cruise, but even when things change and you've contacted a crew member for the sad step to cancel the cruise, there's something magical about seeing them on the
"My Reservations" section of the website! Still, I definitely understand the desire not to have to "walk past a canceled cruise" to make plans for your active one!
Earlier this year when my family had to cancel a cruise, it did take a long time for it to fall off our "My Reservations" section. If you have just recently canceled, I think it took about two weeks for us to see it fall off our plans. If it has been longer than that already, or the original sail date is about to arrive,
I'd suggest reaching out to a crew member by email to see if they can "poof" it out of existence!
The good news is since you already have your refund, you won't have to stress about that part and can concentrate on making plans for the magical memories you and your crew will make on the upcoming sailing you ARE taking!
I hope that clears the fog you're currently sailing through, Kari! Thank you so much for your question, and if you run into any others as you continue planning, you can always send another message in a bottle our way here at planDisney!
Fair winds and following seas!
Andrew
