I love my
MagicBand+. Not only is this accessory super cute, but it's also super functional! I can use it to open my Disney Resort hotel room door, charge food and merchandise purchases to my room folio, tap into the turnstiles at the theme parks, and link my Disney PhotoPass photos to my My Disney Experience account. Not to mention, it syncs with nighttime spectaculars, making the shows practically come to life!
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty getting your MagicBand+ updated. Without knowing the exact details of the problem, I can't be exactly sure how to resolve it. But not to fret! Take a bit of time to check out the
MagicBand+ Support page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. There are troubleshooting tips there that will hopefully have your MagicBand+ updated in no time. Should you still experience difficulty with your band,
call the MagicBand+ line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! If you're already at the Walt Disney World Resort, find a member of the
Guest Experience Team for help. You'll be able to spot them by their blue shirts and big smiles!
