Hi Melanie!
Planning a
Walt Disney World vacation is so exciting! Adding a guest to your already booked reservations can be super simple, but it is based off of the maximum room occupancy. Since most Disney Resort hotel rooms can accommodate 4 guests, adding someone to your group shouldn't be an issue.
To do this, log in to your
My Disney Experience account and click on
My Plans. You will see a complete list of your reservations including your
Resort hotel, dining and
park reservations. Locate your Resort hotel reservations and then click on
Change Reservation. Select your travel party and then modify it to include your extra guest. If you booked your accommodations as part of a package, you'll be able to add tickets for your additional guest at that point. Sometimes your reservations are not able to be modified online, in which case it will give you a message with a phone number to call. If this is the case for you, a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you over the phone. Please note that adding an additional adult could change the price of your room since there is an additional cost for more than 2 adults in one room.
When making your
Disney Dining Reservations, I suggest that you make them for 4 guests if there is a good chance that you will end up as a foursome during your trip. It is easier to take a guest away from a dining reservation than to add one to it.
Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
