We are currently trying to make dining reservations for our upcoming trip. We are specifically looking for gluten free options at table service restaurants. Does anyone have a list of restaurants that offer gluten free dishes? Specifically Yak&Yeti.

    Hi Neil,

I would recommend that you contact Special Diets at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. They will send you an Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to complete.

Go ahead and make your advanced dining reservations for all table-service restaurants by calling (407) WDW-DINE and be sure to alert the Cast Member of your gluten intolerance. The Cast Member will make a note against each of your advanced dining reservation. Keep a note of the dates, times, locations, and ADR numbers for each table-service restaurant which you will be visiting.

Then, complete the Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form, making sure to include that information and send it back to SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com.

I would also be sure let your server know when you arrive at each restaurant about your gluten-free diet.

At Quick-Service restaurants, all you need to do is ask for their "ingredient book".  Each restaurant has one behind the counter.  The Cast Members are trained to help with this and will be happy to assist you.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
