Dan from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I currently have 2 tickets with reservations for June 29th. I need to see if I can move my reservations up. Your reservation page showed an opening of may 18th to the Disneyland park but when I tried to reserve that date your web-page would not let me?

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! We're always happy to offer suggestions based on our own Disney vacations as a way to help you plan your visit.

It's great to hear you have theme park tickets and theme park reservations for your visit to Disneyland Resort.

One helpful note to keep in mind is that the theme park reservations you make through the Theme Park Reservations system can't be modified. There isn't a feature in the reservation system to modify a reservation to change its date. If you find a need to modify a reservation, you could cancel your theme park reservation through the "My Theme Park Reservations" feature in your Disney account, and then make a new reservation with the Theme Park Reservations system. It's always a good idea to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if the theme parks have reservations available for the dates you wish to visit.

I am wondering, Dan, if the reason the web page would not let you reserve a different date to visit the theme parks is because you already had an existing theme park reservation that you had not yet cancelled.

Dan, I'm hopeful that you get all your theme park reservations set up so that you can enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

Here's wishing you a wonderful stay at Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
