    I currently have three days left on a five day park hopper ticket due to the COVID cancellations. Am I able to upgrade the remainder of my ticket to an annual pass right now while waiting for the new reservation system to be put in place?

     
    Hi there Nicholas, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I’m so glad you stopped by to talk about becoming an Annual Passholder! There are so many amazing perks and discounts associated with Passholder status, not to mention the ability to wear that amazing Magic Band Passholder slider for all the world to see! 

    Right now, there are many questions that we are working hard to find answers to, including many questions about ticket sales. At this time, what we know is that Ticket Sales have been paused. I spoke with a Cast Member in Guest Services who pointed me to the Disney World Experience Updates Page, which states that for the time being, new Tickets cannot be purchased, but that new Ticket sales will resume in the future once current Ticket holders and Passholders have made their reservation requests. We look forward to providing more answers in the future as new information becomes available, so do not hesitate to come back to see us again! Other options to stay attuned to updates are the Disney Parks Blog, and also the Ticket Services or Annual Passholder phone lines!

    Nicholas, you will be one of the first people to experience Walt Disney World Resort upon its reopening. How exciting for you that you will get to be there on such a momentous occasion, and have the change to rediscover The Happiest Place on Earth! I hope this next trip is just the first of many for you as an Annual Passholder.
