Hello! I am currently a Socal Resident but am buying tickets to surprise my best friends. Would they also need to provide proof of being a SoCal resident??

Hi there, Daniela. Thanks for stopping by planDisney and sharing your question with us. I love a good surprise and even more, a surprise friends day at the Disneyland Resort. So let's get to your question.

Oh boy! Your friends sure are lucky to have a kind friend like you. The SoCal Resident Ticket offer is available to Southern California residents that live in the ZIP codes 90000-93599 and Northern Baja California residents that live in ZIP codes 21000-22999. In order to purchase and use this special ticket offer, proof of residency with a valid government-issued photo ID is required for everyone. You will also want to keep in mind that this ticket is valid for weekdays only through May 25th and is subject to theme park reservation availability. All three days of this ticket must be used by the expiration date of May 25th. I strongly recommend reviewing all of the offer details.

I hope this has been helpful, Daniela. It's always a wonderful time to visit the Disneyland Resort, however, this year is especially magical with the Disney100 Celebration happening. I highly recommended checking out the new nighttime spectaculars during your visit and indulging in some festive food offerings

If you have any other questions, please come back to see us at planDisney. I hope you and your friends have a most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
