Hello John! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a program designed to assist individuals with a disability that affects their ability to tolerate extended waits in a traditional queue environment. There are two ways to enroll in DAS. Guests can
pre-register via a live video chat, or they may register in-person in the theme parks at
Guest Relations or
Guest Experience Team kiosks (commonly referred to as the "blue umbrellas").
John, you are welcome to request DAS in person. The DAS entitlement will be added to your
My Disney Experience account. You will then be able to use the self-selection tool to request attraction return times right from the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Guests may also request assistance with return times at Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Team kiosks.
I hope that helps! I am wishing you a wonderful visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Anne Marie
