Are there currently (sept 2025) any restaurants at WDW that offer chicken nuggets (not chicken strips)? We are bringing our 4 yo with ASD and I can only find strips on the menus. Thank you so much!

    Hi,

Welcome back to planDisney, Cherish! We are glad you found your way back to us. I will be happy help with this special request. As a parent I know the importance of making sure there is something to eat for everyone in the family. Each of my children have certain things they will not eat and planning ahead is the only way to make sure all the bellies have been satisfied.

While you are visiting Walt Disney World, and going through all the menus the kids chicken strip option is what is available at most locations. I have scoured the land and found a couple of locations where you can find the nugget version. The first location is going to be located inside of Disney Springs, D-Luxe Burger is my favorite place to get a juicy burger. But they do have a kids' meal that offers Chicken Breast Nuggets, you will also get two sides and milk or water. The other folks will not be disappointed either with the menu. The second location where you will be able to find those little bites is actually going to be a little wild. The Rainforest Cafe is located in two locations at the Walt Disney World Resort. Both of these restaurants have a kids' meal called the Jurassic Chicken Tidbits. These are actually dinosaur shaped and include a side and drink. This restaurant gets a little loud and has pretend thunderstorms. You will know best if this location is something your little one can handle during dinner. The two locations you will be able to visit are at Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom Park. The last location where you will be able to find those same Jurassic Chicken Tidbits is the T-REX restaurant which is also located at Disney Springs.

While this may be a long shot, during your visit to Hollywood Studios you should take a trip to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. There lies my favorite meal outside of the Milky Way galaxy. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo has Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip Yip. It's spicy and comes with rice and vegetables, amidst park typical park food this location is a great option. They also have a Fried Chicken TipYip Younglings Meal that is basically a bigger fried chicken nugget. It is not the typical chicken strip found in all of the park restaurants, and your little one might really enjoy it.

I hope this information helps make your visit a little smoother and yummier.

    Have a magical day,

    Jeremy A.
