Catherine from South Yorkshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I currently have 2 rooms booked for AKL but I have only managed to add one room to My Disney Experience. How do I now add the other room please? The digits are the same for both rooms but the second room had the letter 'A' at the end.

As the Swahili greeting goes, "Jambo, Catherine!"

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge holds a very special place in my heart as I've been lucky enough to have spent several wonderful stays there with both family and friends since its grand opening in April 2001.

With its incredible theming and close attention to detail, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge really does give Guests a true sense of being on an adventure in the wilds of Africa!  I especially love that when staying in a Savanna View Resort room, Guests can enjoy their morning cuppa whilst gazing out upon Giraffes, Zebras, and Gazelles - oh my!

Hakuna Matata Catherine, I'm really happy to share my own experience of booking 2 separate Disney Resorts Collection hotel room reservations, that it is indeed possible to include them both together in 1 x My Disney Experience account.

During past holidays to Walt Disney World Resort, I've been able to add 2 individual room reservation numbers to my own My Disney Experience account by following these steps  -

     - Using a desktop computer, log in to My Disney Experience
     - Select My Plans
     - Hover over Resort Hotel and select Link Reservation - this opens up a new webpage
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to add the Resort Room Confirmation Number and Lead Passenger Name details to enable you to go ahead and link the 2nd room reservation

Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should now be able to manage both your Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge room reservations within your My Disney Experience account.

However if for some reason, you happened upon some hiccups in linking your 2 Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge room reservations to your My Disney Experience account, then I would suggest calling to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member.

It's fairly straightforward to dial the UK freephone number for Website and Technical Support contained within this Walt Disney Phone Directory.  Prior to dialling Catherine, you'll want to be sure to have your Resort room confirmation numbers, and any other pertinent information close to hand.

I also thought that you may find these Frequently Asked Questions - Bookings to be a really handy planning reference for your family.

As the current UK-based planDisney Panelist, it really is my sincere hope that I've been able to offer some pixie-dusted assistance today Catherine.  If you should have any further questions at all concerning your jolly holiday to the most magical place on earth, then please do pop back to see me.  I'm always happy to help!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
