I currently have reservation at the Akershus for a character lunch with our 4 yr old daughter. I have been reading about the great character lunch at the castle at Magic Kingdom. Which would be better? She love her princesses but we can only do 1.

    Hi Nichole,

My family has been to both restaurants and have enjoyed both of them.  If I had to choose, I would pick the Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.  You will usually meet Belle, Jasmine, Snow White, and Aurora but never Cinderella.  Sometimes the Princess are different depending on what other activities they have scheduled that day.  The buffet is wonderful even for the pickiest eaters.  Each of the Princesses will come to your table and talk with your daughter, sign autographs and have their pictures taken together.  If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, this meal is only one Table Service Credit versus two at Cinderella's Royal Table.

Cinderella's Royal Table is a wonderful experience as well.  You will be greeted by Cinderella before going upstairs to the banquet area.  It is so fun to eat in the Castle!  You will meet other Princesses as well:  Belle, Aurora, Snow White, and Ariel.  You will also get a photograph of you and Cinderella once your meal is over.  Whatever you choose, Nichole, your little Princess will have a wonderful time as will you!  Have a magical vacation.
