Hi Terina,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you have a reservation at
Cinderella's Royal Table!
I definitely suggest that you try to modify that reservation online or by calling to speak with a cast member in Disney Dining at 407-939-1947. During one visit several years ago, we had seven in our party but were only able to get a reservation for four at Cinderella's Royal Table so three of us were planning to dine elsewhere. My cousin was going to dine at Cinderella's Royal Table with her daughter and my daughters. When we went to check them in, one of the royal hosts offered to let me dine with the group. Although she was quite gracious, I have witnessed several occasions when they could not accommodate guests.
Even though reservations can be difficult to modify, do keep trying. I have been able to modify a number of dining reservations closer to the dates of our visit. As you prepare for your royal dining experience, if you will have little ones with you, I do hope you have considered the regal attire that they might wear. On one of our last visits, one of my girls enjoyed a princess transformation at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - Magic Kingdom. On other visits, we brought our girls' princess dresses, shoes and tiaras with us from home.
Terina, sometimes we just need a little extra pixie dust - sending you some to help with modifying that reservation!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
