Hi Laurie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is in just a few weeks, has the countdown begun yet?
The
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is such a beauty! I recently stayed at its sister resort, the Dolphin, and I love all the amenities both hotels have to offer throughout the property. You can also easily access
EPCOT,
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and
Disney’s BoardWalk. Make sure to take a trip to EPCOT for the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival while you're in town!
Laurie, I think you’re receiving this error because your Theme Park tickets aren’t linked in your My Disney Experience account. Hakuna Matata, I can help! When you purchased your tickets, you should have received a confirmation number in your email. Once you find that email with the confirmation number, you’ll want to sign into the
My Disney Experience mobile app and select the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next, select “Tickets and Passes” then “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, you will be able to add your confirmation number for your tickets.
Once you add your confirmation number, you should see your tickets in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the My Disney Experience mobile app. From there you should be able to start booking your
Disney Park Pass reservations. Keep in mind that your tickets will be linked in your app, but your stay at the Swan hotel won’t be because the Swan is separate from the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
If you’re still having trouble making your Disney Park Passes, I suggest reaching out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands desk so they can help walk you through the reservation process. You’ll want to do this as soon as possible since your trip is coming up!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” helps you prepare for the
World's Most Magical Celebration.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
