Hello there, Brendon!
Like you, I have my fair share of popcorn buckets decorating my mantel. I’m sure some of my house guests find it odd that I decorate my home with popcorn bucket AT-ATs and the Millennium Falcon, but these beauties are some of my most prized possessions.
Brendon, once you purchase a souvenir popcorn bucket at one of the carts at Walt Disney World theme parks, you can only take advantage of the refill discount during the length of your stay. Therefore, you won’t be able to get the refill discount for the popcorn buckets from your previous visits.
If you are looking for popcorn on the sweeter side, have you visited the
Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom Park? At the Kernel Kitchen, you can pick your popcorn flavor, select a popcorn syrup, and top it off with your favorite combination of candies. Alternatively, I always like purchasing a bag of caramel corn from
Karamell-Kuche to enjoy in the theme parks or bring it home as a gift for friends. Last but not least,
Kat Saka’s Kettle in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge has sweet and savory fruit and chili-flavored popcorn, and buttered blue grains available for purchase. There’s certainly a type of popcorn for every popcorn lover at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Here’s a fun fact: I have a bunch of vegan family members, and I was so relieved to find out that the standard butter-flavored popcorn in the theme parks is vegan!
May the magic be with you!Melanie
