Hi there, Hailey, and welcome to planDisney!
The countdown is officially on—trust me, your trip will be here before you know it. As a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, my tickets aren’t date-based, which means that I have to make theme park reservations for visit before a certain time of day. I’d love to show you where exactly to find your (possible) date-based
theme park ticket.
When you log in to the
My Disney Experience App, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the main screen. From there, you will find “My Tickets and Passes.” Find the theme park ticket that you are looking into and see if it has a window of use. For example, is it a single- or multi-day ticket with a corresponding number of dates to use? This is one indicator that you could have a date-based ticket. But there’s one more thing…
Go back to the Welcome page, and click on “Future Plans” under “My Visit.” On this page, you’ll see all of your upcoming plans like your Disney Resorts Collection hotel and advance dining reservations. You’ll also see your Disney Park Pass reservations. If you have theme park tickets but you don’t see a theme park reservation, then you will need to make one. However, if a theme park is showing, then either your ticket is date-based or you have already made your theme park reservation manually.
Hailey, get ready to have a good time at The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have an additional question about your theme park tickets or anything else vacation-related,
give us a holler here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
