Hi, I am currently planning my daughter's 5th birthday in a year. So far, I have the princess for a day packages in mind, and the Cinderella castle dining packages in mind. Is there anything else we could do to make it even more magical for her?

    Hello Ionaly,

What a magical celebration it will be to have your little princess's birthday at Walt Disney World.  It will be a wonderful occasion you will all remember for years to come.  One way that you can make sure this moment truly lasts forever is to capture your memories using a Disney Fine Art Photographer, in a private portrait session for your daughter or your whole family.  You can also order a specialty birthday cake, made just for her, using favorite characters or Disney friends.  With the help of a Disney pastry chef, you will be able to create a custom masterpiece and have your special cake delivered to your daughter at your resort or in several of the Disney dining locations. (Restrictions do apply.)  You can find out more about these ideas as well as a few others on the Customize Your Celebration page of the Walt Disney World website.

To quote one of my favorite Disney Princesses, your daughter is going to have the, "Best Day Ever!"  If there is anything else I may assist you with, please come back and let me know.  From all of us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, have a wonderful time planning the magic and a truly enchanting vacation.

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
