Currently planning a cruise on either Dream or Fantasy in Apr 2012, with 3 older adults, 3 young adults (early 20's) and one 11 yr old. Are the twin size converted beds standard size, including upper berth style? Do they have regular mattress sets?

    Hi Teri,

Welcome to the Moms Panel - it's never too early to start planning!  Yes, the twin beds are standard size.  The upper berth has a weight limit of 250 pounds, but the mattress is a standard twin.  My husband actually slept up there during one voyage because we were concerned about our little ones falling off.

I don't recall the mattresses being a set, rather one mattress on a frame or platform.

    I hope this helps!
