Hey there! Hi there, Stephanie! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. We love helping Guests get the answers they are looking for and sharing our favorite tips in the parks. We also know planning a trip comes with some extra caution currently.
I'm so happy to report to you that you are able to reschedule your reservations for another time. I would be happy to walk you through those steps to cancel your current reservation. The first thing you will want to do is log into your
Disney Account and then hover over "My Disneyland". From there you will click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and then “View My Ticket Reservations”. This should bring up the current reservations you have and give you the "Cancel My Reservation" option. After canceling, you then are able to reschedule for different dates if you have them in mind. Be sure to check out
Theme Park Reservation Availability to make sure there the dates that you want are available. Your
parking voucher is valid for 24 months from the purchase date.
I know canceling plans can be a bummer, but I hope you have a new date in mind in the not-so-far-off future. You can always keep informed about the protocols in place by checking the
experience updates for Disneyland Resort. They are constantly being updated as information changes. While you wait for your rescheduled trip, be sure to download the
Disneyland app. There you will be able to get all the information on how to use the new
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ service, as well as see if any special events or festivals are going on while you are there. Once you arrive for your magical trip, take a tip from me –
mobile order your meals as often as you can! I love this feature in the Disneyland app, it saves so much time. My kids are quite grateful to have one less line to wait in too!
Thanks again for stopping by, Stephanie. Be sure to bring us any other questions you may have when you decide to reschedule. We will be here for you!
Carrie
