Hello! I currently have a package booked through WDW for a girls trip. Is it possible to add a dining plan just for one person or would the entire group need to add a package? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Candice,

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect destination for a girls trip!  What a great way to relax and refresh with friends.

The Disney Dining Plan comes as part of a package, so everyone in your Walt Disney World Resort Room will need to be included on the Dining Plan.  If you have booked more than one room you would be able to have one room using the dining plan, while the other does not.  A compromise might be the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.  That way, you can use the plan for breakfast and lunch, while paying out of pocket for a nice dinner.  I know when my girlfriends and I visit Walt Disney World for a quick getaway, our weekends tend to revolve around all of the fantastic dining options we typically don't get to enjoy with our families. When we head off for a girls weekend, we usually splurge and enjoy the Deluxe Dining Plan.  That way we can have a Table-Service breakfast and enjoy a Signature Dining Location for dinner each night.  With the addition of the specialty drink or alcoholic beverage for 2018, the Disney Dining Plan is even more enticing for a girls weekend.

No matter what option you choose, Disney Dining Plan or not, I am sure you are going to have a wonderful time with your friends making memories at Walt Disney World Resort.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help!
