Currently multiple tickets are showing in our ticket section under the same name despite them being correctly linked to individual guest profiles. We are due to reserve tickets on Sunday and are worried because we can’t do this when this is happening

    Greetings, Natasha!

It sounds like the evil Emperor Zurg has your technology in his clutches! Good thing the rootinest tootinest Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to save you!

I’ve been right there with you, Natasha! Sometimes my tickets decide to monkey around by switching who they’re linked to on My Disney Experience. You’re not alone! Thankfully, my partner Buzz Lightyear has given me some excellent tips to escape Emperor Zurg’s grasp.

    Space Ranger pro-tips:
-Try logging out and then back into your Walt Disney World Resort account (sometimes this fixes the mix-ups)
-Try switching internet browsers to view tickets
-Try clicking on individual Guests to see if their ticket is connected to them (sometimes the system is simply overloaded and is just showing you incorrect linking on the surface)

If these intergalactic trouble-shooting tactics don’t work, you may need to call in to Star Command. They will most definitely be able to round up the necessary counter-forces to retrieve your tickets!

We hope to travel with you to infinity and beyond again, Natasha!

    So long, partner!

Meet the Panelist: Allyn, Florida

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
