Hi Alan! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I'm excited you are considering a visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! Traveling with a large group only adds extra fun to your stay! My favorite part of any vacation is sharing the experiences with others. Coordinating the day can be a bit more difficult, but with the proper planning, you will have a magical time.
There are currently no discounts available on park tickets for a group of your size. You'll need to
buy single-day tickets if you plan to only visit the park for one day. Guests 10 years of age or older will require an adult ticket to be purchased, while children ages 3-9 will be eligible for a child's ticket. Any children under the age of three will not require a ticket. These tickets allow you to visit one of the four theme parks in a single day. You can add the
Park Hopper Option to your tickets for an additional cost, which allows you to visit multiple parks on this day. If your goal is to fit in as much as you can in a single day, park hopping may be the right way to go!
Once your tickets are purchased, you'll need to
make a park reservation for the park you plan to visit on this day. Reservations are required along with your ticket for entry. The easiest way to do so is to create a
My Disney Experience account and add each Guest to your account. You can start by accessing the Walt Disney World website and selecting the "My Disney Experience" tab. Once you create your account and add each of the Guests, you'll be able to link your tickets to your account. Select "Park Tickets" followed by "Link Tickets" to get where you need to be. Enter the Ticket ID Code that will be in the confirmation email you received after purchasing your tickets. Now that your tickets are linked, you'll need to select "Park Reservations" followed by "Make Park Reservations" on the main screen of your My Disney Experience account. Follow the prompts to select the park you want to visit on this date. I suggest
checking the park availability calendar before purchasing your tickets to make sure the park you want to visit has availability on this date.
Alan, I hope this information helps you plan the perfect day! Any day you get to spend at Walt Disney World is a great day!
See ya real soon!
