Hello Fran!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! As a Florida resident, you’re eligible for the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, Pirate Pass, Sorcerer Pass, and Incredi-Pass, as long as they are available for purchase. If you’re deciding on a new
Annual Pass type, make sure you take note of the blockout dates for each pass, since your current Incredi-Pass does not have blockout dates, but the rest of the pass types do.
According to the
Walt Disney World Annual Pass Terms and Conditions, you are unable to downgrade your Annual Pass type before it expires. The only time you can change your Annual Pass type is during your renewal period. The
renewal period is 60 days before and 30 days after your expiration date. Since you’re a Florida Resident, if you’re using the
Monthly Payment Program, renewals are not available over the phone at this time. You should receive a new Retail Installment Contract with payment amounts for your new Annual Pass type when you renew with the Monthly Payment Program. If you have any further questions about the Monthly Payment Program, you can reach out to a Cast Member at the
Passholder Payment Services number listed on this page.
I hope this helps, Fran. Please keep your current expiration date in mind so you can be prepared when your renewal window opens. If you have any more questions, we’re here to help at
planDisney!
