Hello Jessica! It’s easy to see why
Disney After Hours is so popular with Guests! These events offer Guests the unique opportunity to explore the theme parks and enjoy attractions late into the night, all with limited-capacity crowds! The heat of the day is gone, and so are the crowds, but the excitement of the Disney Parks will still be going strong!
Disney After Hours is currently offered on select nights at
Magic Kingdom (through July 27),
Disney’s Hollywood Studios (through September 12), and
EPCOT (through September 24). Guests will see some of their favorite characters, experience favorite attractions with limited wait times, and enjoy complimentary ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select bottled beverages throughout the night! And, my favorite perk of Disney After Hours is that ticketholders can enter the theme park before the event officially begins!
It is unlikely that Disney After Hours will be extended beyond July 27 at Magic Kingdom. And there is a very good reason for that! The holiday party season officially starts at Magic Kingdom every August! It all begins with
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, a special ticketed event, held on select nights from early/mid-August through Halloween night! Then, beginning in early November, Magic Kingdom is transformed into a holiday wonderland for
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! This special ticketed event is held on select nights through December.
Tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be available later this spring (Halloween tickets) and this summer (Christmas tickets)! Keep checking the Disney World website for details!
As for Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, I believe it’s unlikely we’ll see additional dates added for Disney After Hours in 2026. Fall and winter are popular times to visit the parks! EPCOT gets ready for the holiday season with the
EPCOT International Festival of Holidays! And, Hollywood Studios hosts
Jollywood Nights during the holiday season!
Jessica, if you enjoy late nights in the theme parks (like I do!) but won’t be visiting during Disney After Hours, you should definitely consider the other late-night festivities in the fall and winter!
Dreams do come true!
