We currently have a holiday package with yourselves (flight, hotel & tickets). We were thinking of changing the booking so we could do a split stay and book a different hotel for the second week. Would we have to pay an amendment fee to change this?

Welcome to planDisney, Jenny! It's a pleasure to see a fellow Guest from my neck of the woods. How exciting that you have a summer holiday planned at "The Most Magical Place on Earth."Like Olaf, I love the summer weather, and so you're visiting during my favorite time of the year. In between our Theme Parks days, my wife and I always enjoy catching a wave at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. As Crush would say, "It's totally awesome, dude!"

What a great idea to consider doing a split stay. My family is planning on doing the same thing on our next vacation. With their celebrated theming, service and storytelling, Disney Resorts Collection hotels are like attractions in and of themselves. Therefore, experiencing more than one during your trip will only enhance the magic.

From looking at the most recent Terms and Conditions, it seems that an amendment fee might apply if you want to change your booking. However, I would encourage you to call and speak with a Cast Member who can look into your particular booking. They are amazingly helpful and will give you the most accurate information concerning your options.

I hope that is helpful, Jenny. As we say in Liverpool, "Have a boss time!"

    ChEARS,
    Mike
