Welcome to planDisney! Being an
Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort is such a great way to experience the Theme Parks. Just this past weekend, Annual Passholders were treated to a surprise special showing of
Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios. That is just one of the awesome
perks, as I'm sure you already know.
I am excited that you want to upgrade your pass and visit the Most Magical Place on Earth even more. Unfortunately, sales of new Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes are currently paused, and with that, so is the ability to upgrade your current pass. At this time, all Guests wanting to upgrade their Annual Passes will have to wait until their renewal window opens up. I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but I'll keep my fingers crossed (and my EARs open) that Annual Pass sales will open up soon. Keep an eye out on
Disney Parks Blog and the Walt Disney World Resort website in case anything changes.
Before I let you go, I hope you have gotten a ticket for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It is a magical experience and one that you won't regret attending. I attended it this past week and am still enjoying the complimentary cookies I picked up at the event. Annual Passholders get a discount on tickets, and two dates remain that have yet to sell out.
