Disney Vacation Club Member I'm happy to welcome you home! Now, Michael, "blue card" Disney Vacation Club Members
(those whose real estate interest was purchased directly through Disney) are eligible to purchase
the Disney Sorcerer Pass. Based on your current annual pass, it sounds like you would be eligible, so it's possible that once of the Disney Villains has hatched an evil plan and thus created an issue. So... like any true Disney hero, let's see if we can
"go the distance" and solve the problem.
Michael, to view all passes that you are eligible to purchase, first make sure you are logged into your
My Disney Experience account with the correct email that is associated with Disney Vacation Club. While technically I am a Disney Vacation Club Member, my family's Membership is tied to my husband's email address, so if I log in to purchase an annual pass, the only option I see is
the Disney Incredi-Pass.
Michael, if all else fails, I encourage you to call and speak to a Cast Member on the
Annual Passholders line at (407) 560-7277. Make sure that you let them know you'd like to renew your pass and have your Membership ID number handy. With all the new Magic, phone lines have been a bit busy, so make sure to call at a time where you're comfortable waiting on hold. I find that if I know that in advance it makes the process go down
