I currently am a Florida Annual Passholder and I would like to add teh Dining Plan to a current General Public Room Only Discounted room. I was told that to do that, I would ahve to purchase 1-Day tickets for everyone. Is that correct?

    That is incorrect information.

Annual Passholders can participate in the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) by making a room only reservation without tickets. The reservation will be treated as a vacation package (without tickets) and subject to all the Terms and Conditions of a package.

I believe this change was made in 2008 which allows Annual Passholders to book a room only reservation and add the DDP. Prior to that time, a package with at least a 1 day ticket was needed for each member of the traveling party even for Annual Passholders.
