Hi, Mary! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
If you've added family members over the age of 18 to your
My Disney Experience account and now they'd like to create their own accounts, your best bet might be to
call Guest Services and speak with a Cast Member who can walk you through the process. If you've created accounts for family members under 18, they can help with that as well.
If your family members already have their own accounts and are simply connected to you via your
Family & Friends list, they'll still be able to make their own plans through their own My Disney Experience accounts. Since the tickets are linked to each Guest's profile (and that profile is based off of the Guest's email address), they should still see their tickets connected when they log into their own account. If they would like to create accounts (after you've already added them to yours and linked their tickets) it might be most beneficial for you to call and speak with a Cast Member who can walk you through that process to make sure everyone will be able to access the correct ticket from their My Disney Experience mobile app or through the
Walt Disney World Resort website.
Even if your family members each create or have their own accounts, you can all stay connected through the
Family & Friends list. As connected Family, you should be able to book FastPass+ and dining reservations for each other and share purchased Memory Maker photos, too.
Let us know if there are any other issues we can help you with, Mary. Have a Magical day!
Amy
