Welcome, Renee! We're so happy to have you here at planDisney, and thank you for bringing this question to us.
It sounds like your Tiny Dreamer is getting ready to celebrate a very important birthday soon. It's time to celebrate! As you may already know, new sales on the Enchant Key Pass are currently paused and it is only available for renewal. However, the Disneyland Resort does permit Guests who are active Magic Key Holders to add a newly eligible child to the Magic Key Program when they turn 3 years old and require their own valid admission and park reservation to enter the theme parks. You can begin this process by calling Guest Services and speaking with a Cast Member using the designated Magic Key Holder line. I recommend doing so in advance of your child's birthday so that you can prepare to unlock her newly minted Magic Key as you celebrate this very special occasion!Speaking of celebrations, don't forget that you can pick up a complimentary celebration button at select Guest Relations locations throughout the theme parks. Your daughter's birthday AND becoming a new Magic Key Holder are both events worth commemorating at "The Happiest Place on Earth!" It's a wonderful way to share your happy news with other Guests, Cast Members, and Mickey Mouse himself. I'm wishing you and your Little One the most magical memories together as you celebrate her upcoming birthday and welcome her to the Magic Key family. If we can help with any other personal suggestions for your next visit or anytime in the future, please call on us again here at planDisney! See ya real soon,Tishra
