    Hi Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney.

Disney fans around the globe are celebrating the return of new Annual Pass sales on April 20, 2023. With these new sales, you will be able to upgrade your current Disney Pixie Dust Pass outside of your renewal window. We now know online sales will be available no sooner than 6:00 AM EST. Please note, quantities and specific passes may be limited. I am advising all interested to be logged into your My Disney Experience account before the sales open.

If you are indeed able to upgrade your pass, your new entitlements will be immediately available for use. Please note, your annual pass will still expire on the original date of purchase. So do not forget 60 days prior or 30 days passed your expiration date to renew your annual pass.

There are two other options to upgrade your annual pass. You can call the Annual Passholders Help Center during regular business hours starting at 7:00 AM EST. Also, stop by any ticket booth or the Disney Ticket Center to upgrade in person. I am sending you Pixie Dust wishes for you to get an upgrade.

    Keeping it Magical,
