Greetings, Jeffery! I'm glad that you're looking forward to another year of
Disneyland magic. Let's get to your question!
Good news: You can have multiple
Magic Keys associated with your MyDisney account! The scenario you described - buying a new Magic Key when they go on sale, before your current one lapses - is a great way to change your Magic Key's expiration date without risking the keys not being available when you are ready to go again. As you might remember from previous sales, Magic Key sales can open and close quickly so it's great that you are planning ahead. Remember that when purchasing a new Magic Key, you have one year from the date of purchase to activate it; that first visit with your new key will determine the new expiration date. Theme park reservations are required along with your Magic Key for admission.
Jeffery, be sure to check the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland App and follow the
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram for fun updates and news throughout the year. There are lots of
Magic Key-exclusive offerings to enjoy before your Inspire pass expires. My current favorite is the Trio of Ice Cream Floats at The Golden Horseshoe! Check out this tasty treat during your next visit!
I hope this information helps in your planning, Jeffery! Please
visit again any time.
See ya real soon,
Melissa
