FastPass+ for early in the day, so I can select more at the FastPass+ kiosks or through the
My Disney Experience mobile app (one at a time, subject to availability) as I continue enjoying the theme parks. It is a huge time-saver!
I spoke with a Cast Member about options you have for contacting Disney about this technical issue. First, if you booked your vacation with a travel agent or third party, try contacting them because they may have a contact that they can use to get this resolved. If you booked directly through Disney, you have a couple of choices. You can either call the US phone number by entering your country's exit code, then 1 (407) 939-7765 for
technical support with linking tickets. The Cast Member also recommended you try to use the chat feature on the Walt Disney World website. To do so, you will need to use the United States (English) version of the site which can be selected at the very top of the website, next to the sign-in link. Then visit the
Contact Page and select "Chat." He said that some locations have laws in place that do not allow this feature to work, but it does work in most countries!
