Hello, I currently have a 1 day park ticket assigned to me for Sept 20, 2020. Unfortunately we have to cancel trip. But I also have a trip for Dec 2020. How do I remove the Sept 20th ticket and add my December ticket to my account?

Hello Luis! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're always happy to help Guests with their Walt Disney World Resort travel questions, even when that question involves needing to cancel a visit. I'm sorry to hear that you can't make it in September, but excited that you're planning a visit just in time for the holiday season in December!

To cancel your Walt Disney World Resort ticket for September, you should call the Disney Reservation Center at (407)939-1936. You can also try the Walt Disney World Resort Ticketing Center at (407)566-4985. One of the helpful Cast Members should be able to assist you with canceling your September ticket.

Luis, if you already have a December ticket, you should be able to link it to your My Disney Experience account by going to the "Tickets and Passes" tab in your account. Here you will find a "button" that prompts you to "Link Tickets & Passes." You will then be prompted to type the ID code on your ticket, pass, or MagicBand. Then click "Submit."

If you don't already have the December 2020 ticket, but you have a Disney Resort Hotel booked for December 2020, you will have to wait until later this summer to add a ticket to your reservation. The Walt Disney World Resort will make Disney Parks tickets available later this summer based upon park availability.
