Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Allison. I'm so glad you've stopped by to chit-chat about your upcoming
Walt Disney World vacation. It's only a few short days away. Fun!
Allison, if you are all on the same reservation you can't separate out people in the way you would like to upgrade only a few people's tickets. It's really an all-or-nothing system when you are all on the same reservation. If you'd like to upgrade your 3 day
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to a 4-day ticket instead, you'll need to do this for everyone on that particular reservation.
Alternatively, Allison, you can always purchase another one-day park ticket for the two people who wish to visit another day and link it to your
MyDisneyExpereince account. By doing this, you will have to pay the full price for a one-day ticket, instead of getting a multi-day discount, but then the other person in your party won't have to add on any additional days. After purchasing and linking your one-day ticket, you'll need to go in and make park pass reservations the same way as you've done with the 3-day tickets.
Another idea would be to forgo the fourth day but instead upgrade everyone's tickets to a
park hopper pass instead. By parking hopping, you'd be able to visit all four of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks in one day. Park hopping is actually my favorite way to do Disney! Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evenings. If you decide to upgrade to park hoppers, you will still need park pass reservations for the first Walt Disney World Theme Park you plan on visiting each day. Then, after you've visited that particular theme park and the clock strikes 2:00 p.m. you are free to hop to any or all of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks that you'd like.
I hope this helps clear up any questions you may have had about upgrading your tickets, Allison. If you have any other questions before you go, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
Have fun!
Jackie H.
