If I am currently booked to stay onsite for 4 night and book my FP’s at 60 days and then we change our mind and decide to do only 3 nights onsite and instead stay offsite that night will I lose the fast passes I booked? I am not making changes to tickets.

    Dear Jessica,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

If you have an on-site reservation and you make your FastPass+ selections at 60 days, and then 31-59 days before your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, you move to an off-site reservation, you run the risk of losing those FastPass+ selections. If you were to cancel the Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation less than 30 days before your check-in date, you should have no problem with your FastPass+ selections if you have kept the same number of days of ticket. That being said, please be sure to check your payment dates and make any changes before your last payment date to avoid any issues. That payment date may vary based on whether you have a Magic Your Way vacation package or whether you have purchased tickets and hotel reservations separately. You would definitely want to avoid paying any penalties associated with a change.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
