Hello, I am currently a annual pass holder and my grandchildren live with me I am paying for. The question they are managed by their mother. Their parents did not renew their annual pass so how do I add them to me to manage? Thanks

    Hi Sherry!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad that you stopped by to ask us such a great question! Your grandchildren are so lucky to have a grandmother just like you. I’m sure that your grandchildren are going to have such magical memories of time spent at Walt Disney World Resort.

One of the easiest ways that I connect with Family & Friends is to “Add a Guest.” I’m going to walk you through this process using the desktop version of the Walt Disney World site. First, click on “My Disney Experience.” Second, find the “My Family & Friends” option and click on that. This link will bring you to the “My Family & Friends List” page. This page will show you all the people that you are connected to. If you don’t see your grandchildren on this list, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Add a Guest” link. The next screen asks, “How would you like to add this Guest?” I like to  choose the option that says, “I’ll enter their name and age.” You will then fill out the requested information (name, age, and birthdate) and click done. You then should see a pop-up box that will then link you to your grandchildren. If you do have difficulties, there will be a phone number to call for assistance with Family & Friends list on that page.

One last tip: don’t forget that Annual Passholders are entitled to great benefits! Some of the benefits include discounts on dining and merchandise, special events and tour discounts, and Disney PhotoPass downloads.

I hope that you have the most extraordinary time making memories with your grandchildren. As they grow up, they will cherish these special memories and carry them throughout their life.

    See ya real soon!
