Welcome to planDisney, Joanne! Thanks for sharing your question with us!
It sounds like you’re planning a fun-filled day at Walt Disney World. To quote a very famous mouse, “Oh Boy!” You’ll be immersed in the magic of four theme parks, two water parks, and hundreds of dining and shopping locations before you know it!
Theme park ticket prices fluctuate throughout the year based on factors like the date of your visit, which parks you plan to visit, and add-ons like Park Hopper. At the time I’m writing this, August and September seem to have the lowest single-day ticket costs, but exact prices vary from day-to-day. You can browse the Theme Park Ticket Calendar, found
here, to see which dates best fit your budget.
As you consider the best time to visit, you may also want to check out the
Special Offers page to see all the current deals and discounts on Walt Disney World tickets, dining plans, and hotel reservations. While there aren’t currently any deals for single-day tickets, the discount on vacation packages may have you reconsidering your vacation plan. And this page is updated regularly, so be sure to check back from time to stay up-to-date on the available deals.
Speaking of staying up-to-date, I’d also recommend adding the
Disney Parks Blog to your vacation planning reading list. The Disney Parks Blog is your best resource for updates on attractions, special events, merchandise, food, and any other Disney Parks news. I never plan a trip without it!
Joanne, I hope this info is useful and that you find a time to visit Walt Disney World in the near future. Pop back if you have any other questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
