    Under my current ticket it's has "upgrade to a magic pass key", when I click it I get a message "Entitlement no longer available for upgrade." Please help

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for visiting us with your question about upgrading your existing Theme Park Tickets to a Magic Key Pass.  I am so glad you are planning to upgrade, that means you are going to have a full year to enjoy the "Most Magical Place on Earth"!  

    I am sorry to hear you are having a difficult time upgrading your Theme Park Tickets.  Whenever I am planning my Disneyland Resort visits, I find it works best to use my computer instead of my phone or tablet, and I always logout and login again, if needed.  Guests are able to upgrade most valid Theme Park Tickets, provided they have at least one day remaining and they are not one of the California Resident Promotional Tickets.  If your Theme Park Tickets meet the criteria, and you still are receiving this error message, I suggest calling and speaking to a Cast Member in real time to see if they are able to fix the problem related to your specific ticket.
