    My current ticket show being valid until September 26, 2021. With Covid 19 and the Canadian border still being closed for non-essential travel I would like to extend the ticket dated to March 19, 2022. Is this possible and who do I call to do this?

    I bet you’re feeling so eager to get to Walt Disney World, Lisa. I understand.  I sure hope conditions allow for you to visit real soon!

    In response to the pandemic, Walt Disney World has put a lenient modification, cancellation and refund policy in place. Guests like you who have wholly unused tickets that will expire before they can be used are able to apply the value paid for those tickets to a new ticket for a future trip.

    In order to get this ticket issue all squared away, you’re going to need to call the number for Existing Tickets at the Disney Reservation Center. The Cast Member you speak with should be able to help! I do want to caution you that current call volumes are quite high and it’s best to be prepared for a lengthy hold time when you make the call.
