With the current suspension of FP+ how is disability access for attractions being offered? It used to be tagged to your magic band and ride arttendants would put your return time on your band and it would appear as an extra FP. Thanka.

Hi there, William! Welcome back to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach back out and allowing us to help you plan another visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

As someone with chronic illness, I can say from experience that Walt Disney World Resort does a phenomenal job providing services and accommodations to their Guests with disabilities! I love being able to go on vacation without worrying whether or not I will be able to access certain offerings. It truly does make my family vacations even more magical!

One of the ways Walt Disney World Resort provides accommodations is through the Disability Access Service. This is a tool provided to Guests that cannot wait in a conventional queue line due to their disability. Guests using the Disability Access Service will be given a return time for an attraction that is comparable to the current queue wait time. Guests may then return with their party to experience the attraction at or any time after their given return time.

The Disability Access Service may be used in addition to the Disney FastPass+ service, however, these are two separate services. Although the Disney FastPass+ service is unavailable at this time, Guests may still utilize the Disability Access Service. All you will need to do is speak with a Cast Member at any of the Guest Relations located at a theme park main entrance. Here, a Cast Member will discuss whether the Disability Access Service is the best way to accommodate your needs. Once you have the Disability Access Service loaded onto your magic band, you will then be free to utilize it in the exact same way you have in the past!

I hope you have a magical time visiting Walt Disney World Resort later this summer! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as well!
