I would definitely go ahead and book the current special. Although Disney offers promotions periodically throughout the year, there's no guarantee another offer will come available for the same time period, or if it will be of equal or better value.
Disney is generally very flexible when it comes to honoring another deal, if one comes available in the interim. On more than one occasion I've booked a promotional deal earlier in the year, only to find a better deal for the same time frame later on. I will just call and speak with a Disney booking agent, and they've worked with me to accommodate the change. They usually just require the new PIN or PASS Code that's tied to the new offer.
I would check this link often if you do decide to book now, in case something does come available.
