Hey Nathan,
Welcome to
planDisney!
I see that you’ll be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth next month!
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort starts in just a few days and your trip is right in the middle of all the action! Happy Haunts await at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Some of your favorite attractions receive fun and spooky overlays like
Haunted Mansion Holiday,
Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree and more! It’s sure to be a frightfully fun time!
With everything going on in the world right now I can definitely see why you’re worried about the parks shutting down again. When the parks shut down in the past, the Disneyland Resort provided really gracious extensions to guests who had trips planned. At this time, there are no refunds on tickets. Take a look to see when your tickets expire. If you need to reschedule a trip, your tickets can be used up until their expiration date. If your tickets were to expire, you can always use the paid value towards the purchase of new tickets. As far as hotel reservations go, a refunds will be given when cancelled in a timely manner. The date it needs to be cancelled by can depend on a number of factors like if it was part of a vacation package, purchased through a third party, etc. The best thing to do is to call
The Walt Disney Travel Company for specific information on your vacation.
Well Nathan, if you need anything else please come back and let us know.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
