Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sharon!
You must be so excited for your upcoming return to
Walt Disney World. I know we cannot wait for ours later this year, too!
The phased reopening of Walt Disney World is underway, so policies may be expanded based on situations at that time. To see the policy that will apply to your new
Theme Park Ticket, begin the process of purchasing and select the first date you'd like to use your new ticket. Just below that calendar, you'll see some information regarding "Important Ticket Details". The first paragraph states that these tickets are nonrefundable, but you'll also see that the price paid for that "wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price". For additional information, look a little lower on that same page and read "Changing Your Tickets". This will give you some guidance regarding the timeframe you have to make such changes to your tickets including information on how to use the super-handy
My Disney Experience mobile app to make these changes.
As you put together the perfectly pixie-dusted set of plans for your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, keep checking both Walt Disney World's website and
Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates. Then, come back and visit us here at
Disney Parks Moms Panel and send us additional questions. We love to help!
