Hello Cindy!
Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney! As a fellow plant-based foodie, I would be happy to answer your question!
Some of my favorite plant-based snacks in the park include giant pickles, pineapple spears and other assorted fruits and veggies from the snack carts located throughout both theme parks.
For a heartier snack, head to
Bengal Barbeque in Disneyland Park for a flame-grilled skewer. My favorite is the Outback Vegetable Skewer which comes with a variety of vegetables including squash, onions and bell peppers. But there is more than barbeque at this location! Try ordering the Hummus Trio which comes with housemade hummus and fresh vegetables. Lastly, I recommend dining at
Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante where you can find a variety of dishes including a Cauliflower Taco Plate served with a side of rice and beans.
At Disney California Adventure Park, head to
Lamplight Louge - Boardwalk Dining for Curried Cauliflower. Or head out of the parks to
Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel. There, you can order the Rongo Salad.
If you were unable to secure
Dining Reservations ahead of your visit, I have had great luck with snagging a table using the
Mobile Walk-Up List on the
Disneyland Mobile App. Simply, make sure you are close to the restaurant and select “Join Wait-List.” If available, you’ll be asked to enter your dining party information and any dietary restrictions. Once your table is ready, you’ll receive a text message and you’ll have 10 minutes to return to the host stand to be seated.
My top tip for both parks is the same! Make sure to utilize the
Single Rider line when available. You can use it to expedite your wait time on rides like
Space Mountain,
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run,
Incredicoaster and
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure!
Enjoy your time at The Happiest Place on Earth and head back to planDisney with more questions!
Ta ta for now!
