Hi there, Alejandra!
Thanks so much for sending your question to planDisney! I sailed out of Port Everglades with my planDisney besties for our training trip, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. You are going to love every moment of your Disney Cruise!
Currently, three hotels are listed on the
Fort Lauderdale page of the Disney Cruise Line website: Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, and Omni Fort Lauderdale. Each offers its own unique perks, such as the Marriott’s beautiful beachfront location and the Omni’s relaxing pool. All three are gorgeous properties with nice amenities!
I recommend taking a look at each hotel’s website to see which one best fits your style, and then calling
Disney Cruise Line to book the option that speaks to you. A Cast Member can walk you through pricing and availability, and you can also ask about transportation from the hotel to the port. Transportation details for 2027 likely aren’t available yet, but it never hurts to ask.
I'm glad you are planning to stay at a local hotel before your cruise! Arriving at least one day before your Disney Cruise departs is one of my top recommendations, as we don't want flight delays to impact your boarding time. That would be heartbreaking!
Now is a great time to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app if you haven't done so already. The app can be used to book
Port Adventures and onboard activities during your
booking window, plus it is very helpful while onboard the ship.
Alejandra, I hope you have the most magical voyage! Please visit us again at planDisney if you have any other questions.
Happy sailing!
Jen
