Hi, what is the current no-show rule. I cant find it anywhere. Can you please send me a direct link? Also where can I find my past reservations and no shows?

Hi, Claudia! From one Magic Key holder to another, welcome to planDisney. I hope you're enjoying a wonderful year filled with lots of memorable visits to the Disneyland Resort. I'm happy to share some information about theme park reservations that can help you make the most of your Magic Key pass.

At this time, theme park reservations are still required to visit Disneyland and California Adventure. Depending on which Magic Key pass you have, you can hold between two and six theme park reservations at a time. Managing your reservations is important – you have until 11:59 p.m. the night before to modify or cancel a reservation if you won't be able to visit the following day.

Currently, if you don't enter a park with your Magic Key on a day you've reserved, you'll receive a no-show. After three no-shows within 90 days, you won't be able to modify or make park reservations for 30 days. You can review the policy on the Disneyland website, both on the Magic Key page and within the Magic Key Terms and Conditions.

You can view, modify, or cancel existing reservations, or make new ones, on the Disneyland website or the Disneyland mobile app. On the website, make sure you're signed in to your account and navigate to the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page. Then, press the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button to view your options. On the app, tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, and then tap "Make a Park Reservation." From there, follow the same steps as the website.

On the theme park reservation page, scroll down to see your upcoming reservations. Or, press the "Book Theme Park Reservation" button – this is where you should be able to see how many reservations you have available and how many no-shows you've had from the past 90 days.

Regarding past reservations, you can check for emails at the address tied to your MyDisney account. I receive emails each time I make a new reservation, as well as when I modify or cancel an existing one. An email would also be sent in the event of a no-show.

Claudia, be sure to explore seasonal experiences, special offerings, and exclusive merchandise available to Magic Key holders. You can also check out the dining and merchandise discounts available with your pass. There is so much fun waiting at the Disneyland Resort, especially during the holiday season and as the 70th Anniversary Celebration continues. This is a great time to be a Magic Key holder.

I hope this information is helpful to you, Claudia. I wish you many happy visits to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Your pal,
    Kriss
