    What are the current cancellation/modification guidelines? It is possible our employment could cancel our leave request due to COVID related personnel shortages.

    Roman, I'm wishing on a star that your vacation wasn't canceled and that you're at the Walt Disney World Resort as we speak! If it turns out that you'll need to visit another time, Hakuna Matata! No worries! While Disney doesn't typically offer refunds when you can't take a scheduled trip, you usually can apply the cost of your tickets to a future visit. Your best bet is to call Guest Relations at the number listed under "Existing Tickets" and a Cast Member will be happy to step through your options with you.
