Hi Meghan, and welcome to planDisney! My family loves the all-inclusive feel that the
Disney Dining Plans bring to our vacations. It’s nice to have most of our dining paid for in advance, so we can just concentrate on enjoying the magic together! Now let’s talk about cost.
The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is currently $60.47 per adult per night and includes 2-Quick-Service Meals and 1 Snack or Nonalcoholic drink per night, plus 1 Resort-Refillable Drink Mug. Keep in mind that you’ll need to purchase the same dining plan for all nights of your Disney resort hotel stay.
If you have an existing vacation package booked, you can check the exact cost by modifying your reservation on the Disney World website. Go to your
My Plans page and click “Change Reservation” next to your Disney resort hotel stay. You can also call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone number, and a Cast Member can confirm the total cost and add the dining plan if you’d like.
When you’re at Disney World, look out for the little purple and white square DDP icon next to certain menu items at Quick-Service locations and snack carts. These are the things that are eligible for snack credits. Since you’re going to be at Disney World for the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, I wanted to point out that some items at the Global Marketplace kiosks will be snack credit eligible. This is by far my favorite use of a dining plan snack credit, and you’ll usually find some great values here!
One last thing I wanted to mention before I go. The
My Disney Experience app is a handy tool for keeping track of your remaining dining credits throughout your stay. Go to ☰ in the lower right corner and select Hotel Reservations (under My Visit). On the next screen, look for the "Check Dining Plan" icon under your room number. This will show how many credits you have left for Quick Service Meals and Refillable Drink Mugs. Don’t let any of those precious credits go to waste!
I’m wishing you a magical vacation at Disney World next week! And if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney.
