    What is the current cancellation policy for park tickets?

    Thank you for visiting us today with a great question about theme park tickets. It is a pleasure to continue to assist you as you plan Disney adventures! I am sorry you may have to cancel your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I know this is the last thing we have in our minds while planning a vacation, but rest assured that the magic will always be there waiting for you!

    Although theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you are welcome to use them for a future visit. If you already have new travel dates, you can modify your tickets online by signing in to your Disney account, visiting Tickets & Memory Maker, and selecting Change Ticket right next to your theme park ticket. In addition, you are also welcome to reassign unused tickets to another Guest, so that might be a good option if you have friends and family who will soon visit the Walt Disney World Resort. If you require further assistance, please contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 and Cast Members will be glad to assist you.
