What is the current cancellation policy with COVID? We are looking to book the week of April 5th.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Shelly!

Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted to help answer your questions regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

We all understand your question about wanting more information concerning the current cancellation policy at Walt Disney World during these uncertain times with COVID. In doing research for you, I found some very helpful information giving guests the most up-to-date information before they arrive. I also found the answer to your question:

"To provide additional flexibility, we are waiving Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through April 30, 2021."

My family visited Walt Disney World this past summer, and I can honestly tell you that we felt completely safe our entire trip. We saw first-hand how EVERY Cast Member worked incredibly hard to clean each attraction and restroom. I also loved the convenience of finding hand-washing stations located throughout the Disney Theme Parks. Because of these measures, my family had the peace of mind in knowing that we could truly enjoy our MAGICAL vacation. Just so you know...this trip was also one of our most favorite Disney vacations we have ever taken!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
